Quality Manager (No Dutch Required)

We are looking for a english speaking quality manager for a fast-growing scale-up active in hightech. You will play a key role in setting up the QMS, safeguarding process and product quality, and leading improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Quality Management System (QMS)

• Define quality processes and coach teams

• Conduct internal audits and draft improvement actions

• Lead APQP within New Product Development (NPD) processes

• Facilitate continuous improvements (Kaizen)

• Manage 8D investigations and follow up on corrective actions

• Coordinate engineering change requests (ECR)

Your profile

• 7–10 years of experience in a technical quality role (e.g. automotive)

• Knowledge of QMS, APQP, 8D, TQM, control plans

• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with technical drawings and tolerances

• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and reporting

• Hands-on, structured, and autonomous

• Fluent in English

• Legally authorized to work in Belgium
